    Hi Rafael,
It looks like there might be an issue with attaching the invoice to the New Order email, do you have this enabled? If so, can you try turning this off and selecting only Processing or Completed & Invoice?

PDF’s are only available to the client after it has been generated, either automatically by the system or the shop manager. This is better because otherwise people could generate invoices for orders that are maybe not final yet, which could become an administrative burden (in Europe) for shop managers when these orders get cancelled.

    Hello,

I’ve tested all the options. Maximum allows the administrator to generate the PDF.

The email does not arrive to the customer in any way, even when the request is made, processing, or completed.

Which option must leave marked and how to operate it?

    Thank you,

Here’s a few things to try:

    • Try to set the mail setting only to Customer Invoice email, then go to the edit order screen and choose ‘Customer Invoice’ from the order actions (top right), press the reload icon behind it. Does the email get sent?
    • Try to increase memory available to WordPress. Can you check how much memory you have available in WooCommerce – System Status? I recommend 128mb or more.
    • Make sure that you have write permissions on the tmp folder. Try to set it (temporarily) to 777 to be sure.
    • Can you be more specific on what doesn’t work? Does the email not get sent, or does the invoice not get attached?

    Hi Rafael,
Were you able to sort out this issue? Let me know when you have tried the above and/or if you need more help.
