I looked through the forum, and I couldn’t find where this is happening to anyone else.

I am using WP 2.0 with Rich Text turned off.

When I post an article on my blog, then come back later to edit it, the changes are reflected on the site, but not in the editor. This is a little irritating since I routinely create drafts of what I plan on posting, so I can work on them over a period of time before I actually publish them. The problem is, once I save them, each time I come back, it is to the original version I saved.

I have gone through the SQL database, and it shows the chnages, but I have no idea where the editor is getting the information from. It acts as though there is a cache being stored somewhere and I can’t find it.

It is not being stored here on the local computer, because I don’t always use the same computer.

Okay, I figured it out on my own.

In case anyone else has this problem, it had to do with the use of a plugin called “Fuzzy Recent Posts” by Denis de Bernardy. This plugin creates a cache folder in the WP-contents directory and it interferes with the WP Editor. I disabled the plugin, and deleted the cache folder. Now I am able to edit properly.

    David…

I think you might not need to Deactivate and delete the cache folder.

Instead of doing so, maybe you can just visit

    https://your-blog.com/?action=flush

where your-blog.com is your domain address.

for more info, visit Fuzzy Recent Posts website at
