Problem Editing Newsletter emails

  • Hi,

    I’ve not used the email capability for some weeks, but it seems to have ‘stopped working’.
    When I go to the editor I can’t easily delete instructions from the template ( ctrl key has no effect ) and there’s no “W” button for adding wordpress posts!!

    There’s also no ‘Newsman’ button.

    I thought it might be due to conflict with other plugins I’ve updated over the period, so I tried turning all other plugins Off – but this didn’t change things in any way.

    What can I try next to find out what the problem is ??

    Hi Mike,

    Please, try to uninstall WPNewsman with the deletion of subscribers lists (Settings -> Uninstallation) and re-install it. Export the subscribers first if you have them and then re-import after you re-install the plugin.
