    Hello,
I have a problem updating the pluggin. Every time I want to update, it disconnects me from my user interface and changes the presentation of my home page by hiding the photos. The version that worked fine was 4.4.12. How can I upgrade to a more recent version without crashing my site? I have to make a backup every time.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @do05,

It seems you are updating from the very old version of AIOS 4.4.12 right now AIOS 5.3.0 running.

You can export the settings from WP security > Settings > Import / Export tab.

Then deactivate and delete AIOS plugin first now Add new Plugin install the AIOS 5.3.0 and activate it

    Then import the exported settings

Thank you for your answer. It seems to be ok but do you have a tuto for the best settings and especially pare-feu. Also when I have activated the pluggin I have received a mail : All In One WP Security – File change detected Monday, May 13th, 2024 at 11:47 am is it normal ?

    Hi @do05

No, right now there is not any particular tutorial you may check plugin details or visit plugin website to check more about the settings possible.

If you have file change detection settings on WP Security > Scanner > File change detection tab – due to that it might have sent that email. It does not seem any issue to me.
