Problem downloading Upload Data

    Hi,

    If downloading using the download buttons on the WP dashboard doesn’t work, then you can visit the remote storage vendor’s website directly (e.g. visit https://www.dropbox.com for Dropbox); or, if you’re not using remote storage, you can use FTP to find your backup in the folder wp-content/updraft in your webspace.
