Problem downloading attachment

    Hi:

    when I try to download a file attached to the ticket the plugin from the frontend throws the following error:

    Hello,

    Please enable fileinfo extension for PHP on your server and then recheck the issue. Please go to your cPanel and enable it. Otherwise, please contact your hosting provider and ask them to enable it for you.
