Problem: Downloadable product bundles

    Hello, i am having problems with “Virtual/ Downloadable Bundles” and it might be because of the software version we are using.? I am unable to create “virtual/downloadable product bundles”.? There is no option for me to select under “smart bundle”. I can only add the bundle products.?

    Our software version is “Version 2.5.4” and no other upgrade is available in our wordpress.? Our product data page is minimal compared to what is shown on your site.? Im thinking the software upgrade will resolve the issue. Please advise of steps i should take. Thanks for your help.

    Hi @btac ,
    Did you mean you’re using Product Bundles version 2.5.4? Please update the plugin, our latest version is 3.7.5 already. From the admin dashboard, find Plugins section >> Installed Plugins >> find WPC Product bundles for WooCommerce >> Update now. Or you can go to WPClever.net section then choose Product Bundles and update it.
    If you still can’t update it, kindly contact our developers by visiting this page. They’ll help you with that.

    Thanks for your reply. Yes, we have “Product Bundles version 2.5.4” and will need help in getting the latest version. I’ve tried both ways you have suggested and the problem im writing in about is that neither of those update options are available on my end. I’ve also already send this info by email to the developers last week. I am now waiting on next steps.

    Hi @btac ,

    While waiting for our developers’response, you might try to deactivate this plugin then download the latest version from our page, and reinstall it? Maybe this might help you fix the issue.
