Can you let us know the number of rules you have enabled?

Is it possible to open a support ticket with details of the same so that our support engineers can quickly have a check?

I only had one rule running, and that was a 20% discount storewide rule.

Also, I’d like to add that although this may be an uncommon issue, it’s definitely not an isolated one. I found a thread from a while back that referenced the same issue.
