Problem dont appear the paypal credit card to pay

I can tell from the plugin settings that your connected PayPal merchant account is not enabled for Reference Transactions.
If you are not enabled for Reference Transactions, you won’t be able to use the PayPal Vaulting feature.
Without the PayPal Vaulting feature, saving payment methods for automatic subscription renewal payments is not possible.

The PayPal gateway does not appear on the Checkout page because this gateway does not declare support for subscriptions (since Vaulting is disabled). The fact that the “Standard Card Button” gateway declares support for subscriptions is a bug the team will address for the next update.
The Standard Card Button can only load on the Checkout page when the regular PayPal button is also loaded, but it won’t since the regular PayPal gateway is not available.

A downgrade to version 2.0.5 may help to a certain degree as it would allow you to enable the Vaulting feature on a plugin level for the PayPal gateway, but without Reference Transactions, it is not possible to process automatic subscription payments.
