Problem displaying two selections in one filter

  • Hello, we have sharpened your plugin, we hope correctly for our purposes, but we encountered difficulties. We want to be able to display more than one filter result, as well as to show the relationship between the two filters we have set, and this to happen with the third one we will add. Is there any additional setting that we have not found? / although we carefully looked at the info for settings /. Or is it some other problem? Тhank you

    Hi,

    Unfortunately separate filters can not relate to each other, we do not have any settings for this. Separate filters will work independently.

    If you mean that if you select a Category then a related attribute, then yes, that is possible if you set the Logical Relationship of the Product Filter and the Category / Taxonomies to “AND” in Filter Options, if this is not what you’re referring to, then please elaborate / clarify what you would like to achieve.

    In the filter by attribute, two results appear, with such a choice. As in the picture. The plugin setting has an “and” association, but when selecting a second attribute, it gives a message that no products have been found, but there are some.

    Hi,

    Sorry, I am a bit confused, could you let us know what you would like to achieve and send us a link to the page where you’re using the filter?

    On filter options if you are using the AND, then the filter items relates to each-other, so if you select Category 1 and Brand 2, then only the products from Category 1 and Brand 2 will show ( both options must be present on the same products ) with “OR’ logic all products from Category and all Products from Brand 2 will appear on the same page.
