  • Hey @ace404,

Sounds like your theme might not be properly set up for WooCommerce. If you’re familiar with your theme enough to try a code solution WooCommerce does have a function you could use in your page templates for WooCommerce specific functionality.

    3rd Party Theme Compatibility:
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/third-party-custom-theme-compatibility/#section-3

That documentation should give you a better idea in general why certain aspects of WooCommerce might break with 3rd party themes.

    Cheers,
    Freddie

    Hello @ace404,

If the tabs are not showing up on your theme, you need to contact the theme developer. Hopefully, they have a support forum or ticketing system you can submit this issue to.

If you or someone else developed the theme, send them the link Freddie posted above.

Our plugin hooks into WoCommerce’s tab capability and extends it. It doesn’t have any HTML or CSS to define the tabs’ look or layout.

    Stay well!
    -Tracy
