Problem displaying Next Gen Gallery on a Page

    Hello,

    suddenly the Next-Gen Gallery doesn’t show anymore the images or properly: the page show the caption not in the correct way (vertically, not orizzontally) and if you click it redirects to the image not to the slideshow. It then become everything extremely slow and I’m forced to quit the page.

    It’s not the fault of the template, which is the same, neither some other plugin (cookies, private area access).

    What is the problem? (Upgrade, bug, something could I have done)?

    Hi everybody,

    I can describe better the problem. When I click on the image, the page doesn’t load the slideshow and I can see the following script in the console:

    script.full.js?ver=4.6.2:366 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'nodeValue' of undefined

    How can I solve this?

    @chiarades – Please update to the current release of NextGEN Gallery; I would also strongly recommend you update your WordPress installation itself as well as any other active plugins and your current theme if available.
