[Problem] displaying faq’s double/twice

    Dear John,

    Great plugin and easy to use.
    Unfortunately I have a problem.
    My Faq’s groups are constantly displayed TWICE/Double.
    This is the page: https://www.aredcard.com/faq/
    Do you have any idea what causes this doubling?
    Tried everything.

    Thanks for the kind words. Unfortunately I can’t tell anything from the html on that page. Can you provide me the shortcodes you’re using on that page?

    Thanks for reply. I think you meane these:

    FAQ (Dutch language page/section):
    [faq group=algemeen faq orderby=menu_order faq style=accordion]
    [faq group=betalen-en-verzenden faq order by=menu_order faq style=accordion]

    FAQ’s (English language page):
    [faq group=general orderby=menu_order style=accordion]
    [faq group=payment-and-shipping orderby=menu_order style=accordion]

    Ah, ok… I know that the only way to display the FAQs more than once is to call the shortcodes multiple times. I’m guessing that WPML must be calling the shortcodes for each page translation, regardless as to whether it’s necessary for display, though I can’t say for certain as I don’t have any experience with WPML. Perhaps you’d have better luck asking their support?
