Problem Customizing Theme – Polestar

I’m trying to customize the settings in Polestar, but when I hit “Customize” I get this error message “The theme directory “7c1298c9dcf957041f8aaa805e9df07fb05014fa~ocean” does not exist. I do not have a theme called “Ocean” nor do I see one called that. And I deleted any other themes I had tried.
