Problem creating tags for email?

The page looks fine but the plugin gives me errors when trying to save it. I wish i could attach a screenshot image here. it’s in the FROM section, where according to the content just above this saying I can use the following fields, I *DID* use two of those fields, entering “[your-name] [your-email]” in that line, and it says “invalid mailbox syntax is used”??
