Problem creating link to open in new tab

  • I have started to get a new problem on my webpage after the december update, when i try to create a link with the setting “open i a new tab” the link is created but the open in new tab is not saved.
    And when i try to edit the link the checkbox for “open in a new tab” is unchecked and nothing happens if i try and check it and save again.

    the problem is that it seems the target:blank is not applied to the link when made even thou the checkbox is marked.

    please help ??

    (the site linked contains both working and not working links (depending on age) “Canadian Fly Fisher, Summer 1999, pp. 23, Grandad’s Rod. Trash or Treasure?” under C is an example of where the issue happened
