As per the title, we have a Google Shopping Feed set up and working, but are trying to add a second Facebook feed.

We go thru all the steps to create, map fields and categories, save everything, and it disappears, it won’t allow us to save a 2nd feed at all.

We “can” duplicate the existing Google feed, but can’t then change that to Facebook.

    Any ideas?

  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the creation of your Facebook feed. This is not something we have heart before from other users so changes are big there is a possible conflict with one the other plugins or themes you are using.

For now, did you check the WooCommerce fatal error logs of today to see if there is anything relevant in there that might explain what is happening? You can find those logs here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/

Thanks for the reply, we did some further digging and found the RankMath SEO plugin was causing the issue, we disabled it temporarily, created a new feed with no problems, then enabled it again.

So, problem is solved thank you, I’ve reached out to them also to let them know.

Thanks for the heads-up, appreciated! Hope you’ll be able to solve the issue with RankMath.
