Problem connexion server for my Mail plugin because Wordfence block it

    Hi,
    On mobiles (on pc it’s ok) we get error message on inscription :
    “We can not get connexion to server MailPoet”
    If i off WordFence : it work 1 day, and after it block again.
    How can i whitelist my plugin please ?

    Hello @never15 and thanks for reaching out to us!

    Let’s try Learning Mode to resolve this issue. From the Wordfence Dashboard click on Manage WAF. Then you will see Basic Firewall Options > Web Application Firewall Status. Change the option to Learning Mode. Now perform the actions that were causing issues. This will help Wordfence learn that these actions are normal and it will allow them in the future. After you have finished performing the actions, switch the WAF from Learning Mode back to Enabled and Protecting. Now test to see if these actions work correctly.

    Hello,
    I tried with learning mode : it work some days, thank it block again… ??
    i lose a lot of money in publicities if the mails captures are blocked !
