Problem connecting website

    Hello,
    When I try to connect the plugin to Faceboom it goes weel, on Facebook it says i’ve done, but when I try to go back i get this error page “Whoops, looks like something went wrong”

    Sorry to hear about that! It looks like the Facebook connection didn’t set up correctly.

    Here are a few steps you can take to fix this:

    * Ensure that you are both the admin and owner of the Facebook assets
    * Confirm you have 2FA enabled for the Facebook account you are using
    * Go to https://kivotosjewelry.com/wp-admin/options.php and search for wc_facebook_external_business_id
    * Update field to include only supported characters and save (best practice: store-name-dfsdc3lck9k6q ← 13-digit random string
    * Go back to WooCommerce > Facebook and click “Get Started” again.

    Hi @bayomio ,
    – I’m the admin and owner of all Facebook assets and Business Manager
    – I’ve enabled 2FA
    – I’ve tried to change characters and it doesn’t work as before

    I’ve connected a month ago another Woocommerce store inside my Business Manager and I didn’t have this issues.

    I was wondering if the problem is I have 2 woocommerce integrations inside my business manager, because if I go in Settings > System User I see that the same Woocommerce store integration manages two stores
    Is it possible that they use the same token but are installed on different websites?
