Problem connecting to CKAN instance.

  • Hi,
    I’m trying to connect a WordPress 4.4.2 instance with a Ckan 2.4.1 instance.
    Both of them are installed in a Linux Virtual Machine I have in my PC. And are working fine.
    When i try to configure WpCkan settings, I write my Ckan URL:
    https://192.168.159.128:8080
    And I receive the error:
    Problem connecting to CKAN instance. Please, check the specified URL.

    How should I complete the input “Ckan URL”?

    I have the same problem. I’m trying to connect WordPress 4.7.2 to a CKAN 2.5.2 with plugin wpckan. In the settings of wpckan :
    CKAN Url = https://demo.ckan.org
    CKAN Api = https://demo.ckan.org/api

    When I click on the “save changes” :
    – the first link is in a red color with the message :
    Problem connecting to CKAN instance. Please, check the specified URL.

    – the second one is in a green color.

    I made the test with and without a proxy, I still have the same error.

    Could anyone help ?
