When I try to connect my SendInBlue woo commerce plugin in the Brevo website it says it successfully tested the connection but when I try to activate the plugin it always says something went wrong. This happens sometimes when connecting to the main website but on a staging it never connects.

    Hi @alexandregod,

Could you please check if the REST API is enabled on your staging website ?

Otherwise, you can whitelist our range IPs :
    185.107.232.0/24
    1.179.112.0/20

After this, you might be able to use our plugin.

Please let me know if you need anything else.

    Best Regards,

    Alexis

@alexandregod how did you resolve the issue exactly?

Unfortunately @stou I couldn’t make it work on the staging website, there were no meaningful changes between either site but only the main one worked so I simply had to test on that one.

Oh but you got it working on the live site then @alexandregod ?

I cannot get mine to work at all. And not sure where to go from here as there does not seem to be alot written about this online

@stou Then this is probably not the correct place for you, the live site worked after trying to connect the plugin two or three times, but on the staging it just didn’t work at all. I didn’t really do anything to make it work.
