Problem code adsense with banner adsense and repeat after html

Hi, i use ad-inserter plugin for the banner adsense, congratulations for your job, but i have a problem. If i use the position of banner adsense after html, the position is ok and the code of banner are repeat after the html without problems in the articles, but if i use the view-source of google chrome don’t appear the code of adsense. Is possible repeat the code adsense with the complete code visibile from view-source? I have fear this is against tos google adsense why the adsense code of the script seems manipulated.
