Problem: Blank page with new posts

  • Hello !

    We have a problem with worpress.
    When we want to make an new post and click on: new post. we get an blank page and further nothing. (wp-admin/post-new.php)
    It is impossible to make an new page. Probably there is somewhere an error, but we don’t know how to find out where and how to solve this.

    Someone a solution?

  • Updates often cause this because they may introduce conflicts between WP. theme and plug ins. The standard troubleshooting applies:
    Deactivate all plug ins
    Switch to a default theme
    Turn plug ins back on one by one and test.

    Hi thanks for you reply.

    This doesnot work, we simply disabled all plugins and switched theme. In this other theme the post-new.php page is working perfectly. We activated al the plugins, and kept the other theme, still everything works great.

    After switching back to your theme

    This we don’t get solved by deactivating plugins and switching to a default theme.

    We use the theme Goodstore.

    Check with the theme vendor – commercial themes aren’t accessible to community members here.
