    Hello, we have installed recentely a firewall in our server. When we set it up, we realize that the plugin doesn’t send the confirmation email to the client when he made a purchase on the website.
    Could you tell us if this plugin works with an specific setting?

    Hi @lavall,

    Thanks for reaching out! What’s the mailer that you have configured on your site?

    For example, if you have configured the Other SMTP mailer option to connect with your SMTP mail server, you need to whitelist the SMTP ports on your Firewall.

    When you send a test email from WP Mail SMTP > Tools area, you should be able to see the full error. Here’s a screenshot of the option to get a full error log. This will provide you with an idea of what might be going on.

    Hello and thank you for your answer. We have configured it with Google (Gsuite) linked with a domain (homomedical.com).

    Without the firewall everything works fine. When we activate it, appears the following error:

    Email Source: WooCommerce
    Mailer: Gmail
    cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: gmail.googleapis.com (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html)
    For more details please try running an Email Test or reading the latest error event.

    Hi @lavall,

    According to the error message, it looks like there’s an issue related to your PHP cURL library on your server.

    To resolve the issue, please get in touch with your hosting support (make sure to provide the error messages for them) and they should be able to fix it for you.
