problem between featured image and image of post

Hi,

I have probleme with the featured image in post

when i upload and save my featured image (the one we can see in slider)

the picture of the post below take some part of this huge featured photo

so it’s ugly

i need the photo of post (below the slider) be different than the featured image or be crop have one good part of the featured image

how to do it ?
