    Hello,
i have wordpress 9.1 with woocommerce 3.2.6 (no other plugins) and 2017 theme.

I have problem in checkout page:
    – Endless loading/spinner
    – no possibility to close order
    – error “SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data”

    I have read this: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/endless-loadingspinner-on-the-checkout-page/

And i understand that problem is different domain in wordpress.
I have set for developement reason:
    Wordpress address: mysite.com/wp
    Site address: mysite.com/
In effect if i change the address woocommerce works.

there aren’t a solution for use woocommerce in wp installed in other folder?
(this ecommerce -with different address for wp- worked well until November)

    thanks!
    Andrea

    Hi @giavara,

The issue is the domain name, both of them should be same. if changed you risk breaking the site.

there aren’t a solution for use woocommerce in wp installed in other folder?

You could achieve this with some .htaccess configuration but that would need some apache/nginx setup/configuration.

    Cheers!

    Thanks for the reply!

there is a guide or instructions for do that?!

    PS
I don’t understand why in the past -maybe before september 2017- this work.
    Maybe a woocommerce update?

WooCommerce will work if WordPress is installed in a sub-folder, I have it working in one of my sites, so this shouldn’t be causing a problem.

Take a look at WooCommerce 3.3.1 (after backing up of course, or on a test site) and see if that solves the issue for you.

    Thanks!
