Problem After Upgrading to WordPress 4.4

I upgraded to WordPress 4.4 yesterday. Now, whenever I activate a plugin I get the following message:

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘TYPE=MyISAM’ at line 9 on line: 1473

I hope someone can help, I’m way out of my depth here. The activations seems to work, though.
