I’m not sure why that would have happened, but if you skip the setup process, is your existing store configuration still present?

Even when I click on the ignored button it gives nothing. it stays on the same page.

Hmm, interesting. If you open up phpMyAdmin or another database tool, can you search your wp_options table for the value option named woocommerce_onboarding_profile. What is the current value of that option?

You might try renaming it to something like BACKUP_woocommerce_onboarding_profile, then running through the wizard again to see if that sticks.

Modifying this one option should be safe, but of course, take a backup of the entire site before doing this, just in case.

I’m sort of running out of ideas on this one… I think the best course of action now might be to simply run through the wizard normally, entering all your same shop information, just to get rid of it.

If it comes back the next time you upgrade WooCommerce, let us know and we can try digging a bit deeper.
