    Thanks for using the plugin!

    It appears that you’ve done some custom changes to the slider. Perhaps someone made a customization for your specific site in the plugin files that was removed with the upgrade? By default, the title and short excerpt of the post will display. It appears that you have it setup differently than I’ve coded it, indicating that there are some custom changes.

    Thank you for your responce!

    Since this is a website wich i do maintain but not created myself, its indeed possible the developer made some changes to the plugin itself.

    Since i do not expect that not updating to 1.6 comes along with a security threat we will remain using the current (modified) version of the plugin.

    The changes that were made were mainly cosmetic, with a few new options included for display. Nothing that I anticipate affecting security in any way. Thanks for the update!
