At the time of the original post, this issue required us to log in and make technical changes that were unique to each site. For this reason, it was best for us to fix each site ourselves and that had to be done over email since account credentials were shared.
However, the solution has become much simpler and I posted it here now that the steps are easier. Here’s what you can try to fix it yourself:
First, I’d recommend making a quick backup of your site. Next, access your database via phpMyAdmin and open the wp_options table. In there, locate the iawp_is_migrating option and change the value to 0 (zero). That should fix the error, but please let me know if it persists.
That should do the trick, but if it doesn’t work, please reach out to me at [email protected] as the site will require more advanced debugging.
