I have had an Envira Gallery on my home page for quite awhile without a problem. After updating today the gallery is now showing the correct 3 rows of thumbnails, but the problem is that it now shows the original size of each photo below also.

I need an answer soon because it looks horrible. Thanks for your help.

    Hi there!

    Thanks for writing in!

It looks like you’re using another plugin (probably Owl Carousel, by the look of it) that has a lazy-loading feature that is conflicting with Envira’s own, which is causing the images to display like this. If you deactivate that feature from what I believe is Owl Carousel, the images should render properly.

If you’re having trouble getting this fixed, please drop us a line in our support line, which you can find here: https://enviragallery.com/account/support/

(If you do, please make sure to include your admin-level WordPress login credentials — there, through that link, not here.)

I am not sure why the code would show Owl Carousel. I have never heard of it, let alone used it.

I had to solve my problem with another plugin, since the page looked horrible and I had to fix it quickly.
