I’ve a HUGE problem with my client’s site.

I migrated from Siteground’s temporary domain to public and these are the issues that cames out when I try to enter to this site:

Warning: include_once(/home/customer/www/hrtools.it/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/wp-cache-phase1.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/customer/www/hrtools.it/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php on line 22

Warning: include_once(): Failed opening '/home/customer/www/hrtools.it/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/wp-cache-phase1.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/php74/pear') in /home/customer/www/hrtools.it/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php on line 22

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/customer/www/hrtools.it/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php:22) in /home/customer/www/hrtools.it/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1421

Even if i want to delete or disable the plugin, the problem occurs anyway. I tried several options and according to Siteground’s support i want to know what I have to do to delete your plugin so that the problem doesn’t appears. Please, help.

    Hello!

Can you try deleting the wp-content/advanced-cache.php file?

That file is a “drop-in” plugin—WP Super Cache adds it and, when the file exists, WordPress knows to use it for caching code which, in our case, calls to functionality within the WP Super Cache plugin.

    Thank you!

    Hi @alboabourt,
Did you manage to solve the issue by doing what Brandon suggested?
