    Hi,

We use this plugin on several websites (more than 70) and after the last update we have encountered a problem.
On several of the pages, the tabs for tables, options and post types are empty.
We have tried to uninstall and reinstall the plugin but the problem is not solved.

How can we fix this isssue?

Thank you very much for your help!

    Regards,
    Vanessa

    Hi,

Which version of the plugin you are using? Is it 1.3.53?

    Hi,

We are reviewing all the websites where we have the plugin installed to confirm if it works correctly.

At the moment we have it running on 80 web pages.

We haven’t reviewed all of them yet, but for now we can confirm that it doesn’t work properly on 10 websites.

We hope you can tell us a solution for this issue.

    Regards,
    Vanessa

    Hi,

When it is empty, it means it doesn’t load; there is basically a little crash on the server-side. Can you check your PHP Error Logs?

    Hi,

In the apache error log I have found several errors. I show a couple here:

[Thu Mar 23 18:11:22.995088 2023] [fcgid:warn] [pid 1140] [client 83.43.84.10:60582] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: Illegal offset type in isset or empty in /home/can-quim-sfg/public_html/wp-includes/pomo/translations.php:92, referer: https://www.canquim.es/wp-admin/admin.php?page=dbclnr_settings&nekoTab=opciones

At the moment I am deleting the plugin and reinstalling it again and when I do that it works correctly again.

    Hi,

I have reopened the topic because I have to update the information.
Once the plugin was removed and reinstalled again it works fine…until I update the translation. Once the translation of the plugin has been updated, the options tabs, tables and content types appear empty again.
I have checked it on 6 different web pages.

Actually, indeed, it seems to crash in a translation function, but in WordPress. Which makes it very hard to debug ??

How do you update the translation by the way? What is the language you are using?

Additionally, when the tab gets empty, can you look at your Chrome Developer Tools console for errors?

    Hi,

I update the translations from the desktop > updates

On all websites we use the Spanish language.

Another confirmation that the error is caused by the translation files is that if I delete these files (by accessing via ftp) the plugin works correctly again.

The following error appears in the Chrome developer console:
Uncaught (in promise) Error: A listener indicated an asynchronous response by returning true, but the message channel closed before a response was received
