Problem after installing plugin with NextGen Galleries

Hi all,
question. I just installed this plugin.
If I add a block in a post where i have ALSO shortcuts from NextGen to be replaced ONLY those of this plugin get replaced correct. The others just show the code no images anymore.
posts where i do NOT put block it works as before.
any idea how to fix this?
