Problem after installing plugin

Hi .. I installed advanced access manager on my site which is having woo commerce and now suddenly I cannot access my backend. Everytime i log in using the wp-login.php url..it takes me to the https://www.xxxx.com/my-account which is basically the front end for user who is logged on.
Can you help as I am desperate to get my site going
