Problem after Hueman update

  • Hello
    I do not know what is happening with the great Hueman but after these last updates I face some strange problems:

    -Users can not login properly and they need to login for many times.
    -It doesn’t show pictures in a page.
    -It adds a gap in another page.

    All of these would be solved when I change the theme.

    I suspect this is due to outdated template files. If you use a child theme, please make sure you update the template files using the hueman developer log.
    Also make sure to clear both WordPress and browser cache afterward.

    I have the same problem…some strange behaviour after last theme update.

    My question is:

    Where can I update the template files using the developer log? I already searched for the developer log but couldn’t find it.

    One of the common reason for having strange problems after updating theme is having server loading old cache content mixed with new content.

    Are you using a cache plugin? such as W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache or WP Fastest Cache?
    Or server cache such as Varnish?

    If yes, you should clear your cache plugin’s cache content and check if your issue is resolved.
