    Hi there. Everything works fine but i have an issue after 100€ as you see in the video i attach.

    Below 100€ the calculations are correct and i even get the free delivery after 50€ as i have set. But after 100 i do not get the free delivery. Instead i get the weight based calculation again. The free delivery is set from the woocommerce, not the plugin options, if that helps.

    It’s worth checking first whether the “Courier” shipping option is indeed linked to the WBS shipping method shown in the video. You can temporarily disable the WBS method to verify this. Another potential source of the shipping option could be the global shipping method found in WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Weight Based Shipping (legacy).

    In the video, the WBS shipping method is configured to display the “Courier” shipping option for orders weighing up to 100 kg, for any cart value. However, the video shows that the option disappears when the cart total exceeds €50. This behavior is likely caused by a third-party plugin, a custom code snippet, or your current theme.

    Hi there, thanks for getting back that fast.

    I do not have any functions and i tried the default template. Still, the free delivery option gets disappeared after 100€.

    To be clear, my scenario is…

    1. 3€ on orders below 2kg
    2. 1€ extra on orders after 2kg
    3. Free delivery on orders after 50€ no matter the weight

    For the free delivery option i use the woocommerce NOT the plugin. Is this ok or it is wrong? When i disable the plugin i get no option for delivery below 50€.

    What happens if you disable the shipping method in the screenshot – do you still get the 8€ shipping option for the order?

    What shipping method? You mean the Free option? When i disable the Free delivery option it works fine BUT i do not have the Free option i want after 50€.
