    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    The window looks wrong even on Chrome, in your screenshot. The reason most likely is that another plugin or your theme is loading CSS code to modify the styling of the window.
    Can you therefore please try again after temporarily deactivating all other plugins and after switching to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Sixteen? That way, we can find what’s causing this.

    Hi Tobias,

    The problem was in the Captcha plugin I had for the comments.

    A few weeks ago it worked without problem.

    I have changed it for another.
