Thank you for sharing the screenshot of your site.
I have noticed in the screenshot that default email template has not been created under the email template page. When you first time installs the plugin then our plugin will come with the one default email template.
Can you please let me know you have installed our plugin on the Multistore?
If you are using our plugin on multisite then the plugin will come with default email template when you activate our plugin from an individual site. So, can you please let me know that you have activated the plugin from a network site or an individual site on your store?
If you have activated the plugin from network site then please deactivate it and activate the Abandoned Cart Lite plugin from an individual site.?It helps to solve the error message issue and one default email template will create on the activation.
If the plugin is activated on the single store then can you please post your query on our plugin’s forum page? So we can communicate more on this issue.
