Can you share what rule are you trying to add?

I use a plugin envoimoinscher. (https://www.boxtale.com)
I can fulfill the shipping rules. But once I add them, it disappears. When I disable your plugin, the shipping rules work again.

The Woo-Poly plugin implements Shipping Methods translation for the standard WooCommerce functionality and extension that follow the same zones logic. The plugin you are using is rather complex and doesn’t seem they work well together. I browse through the documentation and videos on the website that are in french – that i’m afraid I don’t speak – it is seems this would require customizing this plugin and/or the Shipping plugin you are using.

If you are not comfortable customizing this plugin, I would suggest to hire a developer to help you with this task.

I’m afraid there is no quick fix for your problem.
