Problem activating plugin: Redirection can’t be loaded

Hello!
I have installed the Redirection plugin in a new clean WordPress site and when I activate it I get a warning that it cannot be loaded.
There were no more plugins that could interfere, no themes or content.
I have this WordPress on a server along with other websites that have Redirection installed and it works correctly.
