Problem activating AStickyPostOrderER

  • Although I have seen some great reviews I am having a problem activating this plugin.

    It is for sub-domain area.
    When activating I get this:

    We have problem finding your ‘/wp-admin/upgrade-functions.php’ and ‘/wp-admin/includes/upgrade.php’

    I can return to Plug in page and plugin appears to be activated, but then go to Manage/AStickyPostOrderER and I get the following:

    Warning: astickypostorderer_page(/home/domain_root/public_html/sub-domain_root /wordpress/wp-includes/formatting.php) [function.astickypostorderer-page]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/remarket/public_html/member/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/astickypostorderer/astickypostorderer.php on line 45

    WP version 2.0.5
    AStickyPostOrderER version 0.2.2.8

    Any suggestions?
