    The idea is very nice, but I have problems:

    If I post a comment as an administrator, tells me (after my nick) “Not VERIFED”

    Then, cme do I put an avatar?

    I do I have to register to gravatar? Even the others who subscribe to my site to their profile personalzzare you must register to gravatar?

    I have www.remarpro.com, change anything?

    Thanks for the replies!

    Hello JeekHeroes,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    The “not verified” badge is displayed whenever the email of a commenter is not verified. In order to make it disappear, you have to confirm your account by verifying your email. If you didn’t get the email from BurnZone (although you should have in either Inbox or Spam folder of your email account), you can simply do the following:

    1) Go to your profile page on BurnZone. A box saying “Your email address has not been verified.” should be displayed on the page;
    2) Click “send it again”. Then you should have the confirmation mail sent to your email address;
    3) Click the confirmation link in the email.

    Then the “not verified” badge will disappear.

    Regarding your second question: yes, for now the only option for displaying a custom avatar is using Gravatar. Please make sure you are using the exact email address when registering on Gravatar.

    Please let us know in case you need more information or if you encounter any other problems.

    Regards,
    The BurnZone Team

    I need help restoring a deleted forum topic. The forum has a technical error where when trying to delete a single comment it deletes the entire thread of comments (the entire forum topic). The first time I did this, I was trying to delete one comment. Then, I manually re-typed every single comment back into the thread. The second time I accidentally clicked on the delete button my accident and everything is completely gone. Someone working at BurnZone sent me an email verifying that they found the error where deleting a single comment ends up deleting the entire thread but then never got back to me. I tried calling and emailing seeking help in restoring the forum topic thread that was deleted without losing any other currently added comments in the other forum topics, but no one have responded to any of my emails or phone calls. I am really hoping that someone can give me better customer service and support as I was relying on your product to work the way in which it was advertised.
