Problem 403

Good morning,

we are paying for the PRO version of this plugin, but we have not yet been able to use it for almost 3 months. I don’t encounter any problems if I access the Depicter slider, but my client who needs to use it can’t due to an error.

I gave the client all access to the plugin (managed access with AAM), but he gets erorr “status code 403”:
