Right now I test what You said and see It behaves as You mentioned but fortunately It works as It should ?? I mean if You refresh the You can see that is checked

See first check the “Enable jQuery selector” check box and then push save button then click on address bar and press Enter and tell me weather It’s checked or not

some time it show its checked. but when i return again to setting its not checked.

Bro It’s unbelievable because before I release I test It enough But now I think You have plugin(s) that cause conflict with mine please name any other active plugin You have on Your site

See Bro It’s not a serious problem cause It works at all
Next just You have this problem with It I have 3 test site and I check It on all of them
But as a last test enable It again and check the check box and save it
Then go to phpmyadmin and select database of your site then in Query tab paste this SELECToption_valueFROMnrportfooptionsWHEREoption_name='RBL_jSel' and push go then tell under option_value is false or true

I suggest try this version. I hope It makes You satisfy
