Yes just like Moderator said, pro version will get support at our ticket system, When you open our site, at the top of the menu bar, you will find ticket menu item, please login (https://membersonly.top/login/) and click ticket menu and you can create support ticket(https://membersonly.top/js-support-ticket-controlpanel/), we are very happy to help you ??
