Pro Version worse than free version

I downloaded the free version and it seemed ok, so I thought the pro version would be better…. not so. It does absolutely nothing. The ‘add new’ page was blank, the ‘settings’ page wouldn’t even display & told me I didn’t have permission to access. I logged into my account on their website & clicked manage sites (I stupidly signed up for 3) & again it said I didn’t have permission. The answer I got from my help request was just a rehash of the basic download instructions. Money down the drain…..again.
