    No. you can’t include Yellow Pencil to an wordpress plugin for sell it.

    You only can include extended license to a theme and sell.

    I update documentation. I’m sorry about it.

    Include it in a theme looks like a better solution. I see that you have provided integration option.

    add_site_option( 'YP_PART_OF_THEME', 'true' );

    Don’t forget; You must purchase extended licence for each your products. in shorty: You can’t use an extended license for two product.
