    Hi Team,

    Suddenly the update data function (I guess it’s related to cron) stop working. Everything was working fine until I published four new products/campaigns. After that the 15 minutes data update stopped working.

    If I use the option “Real time (not recommended)” the data gets updated. When I put back to “update every 15 minutes” or any other option the data does not get updated.

    Unfortunately I can not leave “Real time (not recommended)” because it makes our website REALLY slow.

    Could you please provide us with a solution? Is there anything we can check and/do in order to solve this issue?

    This is affecting our production environment/website.

    Sorry for the delay. Thanks for reporting – I can confirm that data is not updating for new products. Already fixing – will release fix today or on Sunday at worst.

    As promised, we’ve just released new version 2.6.0 – data update should be working now for all products. Please let me know if the issue is still there.

    Hi Tom,

    It seems the updated 2.6.0 version is not available for the PRO version. Could you please confirm?

    Current version: 2.5.0
    Last updated: 2017-10-11

    Sorry, I forgot to upload the update for Pro version. Just did it – Pro v2.6.0 is now available.

    Hi Tom,

    Unfortunately this new V2.6.0 did not solve the problem.

    Data only gets updated if:
    – real time (not recommended) option is used – and only for “total items” but not for “total orders” and “total sum”;
    or
    – “Update data now” button is clicked – in this case all data is updated.

    Please, would you mind to review the issue again?
