Pro version support not answering

Here’s the tickets :
1. I need to change the portofolio items order.
I’ve changed date of publication and also downloded the plugin Post Type order but it reverses all the items but not 2 items (if I want to switch only those items) but that doesn’t work

2.Is it possible to disable the zoom out effect on hover on my protfolio items ?

3. Also, on my 4 columns portfolio, I have 11 items , so there’s a blanck one on the last column.
However on Safari, the blank one appears on the first column and I don’t want that.
This blank one needs to be at the bottom such as Chrome and Firefox.
